I love being a wife, mom, singer, worship leader, speaker, blogger and occasional community theatre actor.
I'm grateful that I was able to lose the weight I gained with pregnancy...twice! Thank you, Lord! But since we moved to Texas, I found out it's true that everything's bigger in Texas, including me!
My goal is to get down as close as possible to my wedding weight: 117lbs. Pre-pregnancy weight is 128. Anything in that range will be a WIN!
More than the weight, I want to be healthy and strong. Yes, losing weight is part of it, but the goal is healthy, not skinny.
I pray practically every night, asking God to give my kids a long, fruitful, healthy, satisfying life to glorify Him. I pray that for all my family in 2016 and beyond.
And I pray that God will bless YOU & help you reach your goals, too!
*Lose 30-40 lbs (to get back down to wedding weight and improve my health.)
-Drink water (8 cups/day)
-Exercise at least 30 minutes/6xweek
-Use emeals for dinner
-Use SP for breakfast & lunch meal planning
I'm a puertorrican girl living in Texas with her family. We love Jesus! I work in radio (KSBJ), sing in church (Second Baptist), love doing theatre & Zumba, completed my 1st half-marathon this year, and am looking forward to a healthier lifestyle!
My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:6 "Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ."
Some say you can't count housework but I do count once a week even though I do something daily. I look at it as, your still burning calories
