My goals
1/2/13 I have been working a lot the last couple of months and I have not found time to exercise or track food. On top of that broke my pedometer. I did gain a few pounds and inches back, but have already gotten a new pedometer, and am back to tracking food and exercising. I know I can do this so am motivated to just do it! My goal is still the same weight off, but by my birthday, September 2. Let's go!!!! 10/1/12 update. Feet are getting up to snuff. Can do 25 ...
1/2/13 I have been working a lot the last couple of months and I have not found time to exercise or track food. On top of that broke my pedometer. I did gain a few pounds and inches back, but have already gotten a new pedometer, and am back to tracking food and exercising. I know I can do this so am motivated to just do it! My goal is still the same weight off, but by my birthday, September 2. Let's go!!!! 10/1/12 update. Feet are getting up to snuff. Can do 25 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine at the gym now. Taking lots of walks and the distance is increasing more and more. YAHOO! April 2012. This year I have had 2 foot surgeries so I am trying hard not to gain any additional weight in spite of mobility issues. I do have a goal weight to reach by the end of the year, but really can't work on that seriously until I can do cardio other than sitting in a chair cardio. I am hoping to expand cardio exercises in a month or so. In the meantime, I do appreciate the exercises and videos I have been using courtesy of SP. They have kept me from gaining weight and in fact, I have lost 3 pounds so far. 34 to go. Thank you SP!

In spite of mobility issues right now, I have lost 3 pounds since joining SP. I am also eating a lot healthier!
