At the beginning of my 20lb weight loss - I was by no means obese but...(it's all in my butt/thighs)

At the end of my 2006 deployment - feeling good under that uniform!

I know how you feel, sometimes deployments suck, but they do help when it comes to loosing weight. I too lost like 20 pounds when I was stationed in Cuba. Now I am not in the military anymore, my weight trickled back up.

Hi.. I noticed you said you just moved to auburndale. I live in Lake hamilton which is only about a 15 min drive or so from auburndale. I work in winter haven so we are in close proximity to each other. I am pretty sure that our current level of fitness wont match but if you decide you want to occassionally have someone to walk with and make a new friend Im up for the challenge of keeping up lol. Let me know what you think.
