Thanks, Carol for your encouragement on my one-year maintenance Sparkversary blog! I had no idea you were fighting the last few pounds, because I thought you looked great when we met at Caribou (the day you and your DH had a hot date at Fairfax Commons).

Thank you for stopping by to read and comment on my Mother's Day Tribute blog.

“Mothers observe all, absorb all, give all, forgive all, offer all, suffer all, feel all, heal all, hope for all, pray for all.
But most of all, Mothers love always.”

Thank you so much for stopping by to read and comment on my blog, Loving Yourself: A Powerful change in Perspective. Isn’t it nice to know that we can change our perception of loving ourselves by always asking ourselves “How can I nurture myself to empower myself?" What a great thought to keep in the forefront of our thoughts everyday. If we can remember to do this, we will indeed not only feel better about ourselves, but be ready to handle whatever life throws at us; we will be more centered because we have not neglected ourselves.

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. I hope that you can avoid any foods that tempt and then betray with their empty calories.
