My Goals:
Get exercising back to a daily routine.
Get nutrition tracking to be a daily deed.

Weight loss will follow, despite itself, and despite myself.

My Program:
The new 5% Challenge will be starting in about a week. I will be intent on losing at least 5% (again) with my improved health and my stated goals.
I have also detailed my weight loss goals, in writing, on one of my teams. So accountability and, hopefully, support!

HI Hon, PLZ DO NOT give up !! So sorry to hear about the TMs. HOPEFULLY the next time. We've slowed on how many are doing it, but still 15 are. It DOES go down during the holiday season, which is exactly why we WANT THEM ON !! I am not sure how ur team did for the weigh in on turkey day (Nov 27th) but, our GAINED, so now they are CLAMPING ON DOWN ! We are trying to help them.

LOL GAL you CRACK ME UP !! I'll be a lady,, etc !! LOL I died laughing !

I ALWAYS remind the team at the start,,, that we are very competitive team,,, and we DO understand those who are just starting out,, that we WOULD like for them the first week to limit their exercise to 10 mins, but as the weeks start to pass by,,,, they should start to increase this,, unless they are sooo disabled,, it's impossible. We have had that in the past,, where one gal was bedridden (I often am, but I've been at this for quite some time),,, and working her arms was all she could,,, and had a pull up handle above her head,,,,, how to do a few things with that,, but do it only for 1 to 3 mins,,, and than later,, later again. We were very happy with her progress on the weight loss !

We have quite a few who do 120 mins,, do you reward them,, in an email to the team? We do that,, and all of those who turn in their time for the week,,, its quite a bit of work for me,,, but it encourages them to see the work they do,, is aknowledged and I LOVE THAT !! it also keeps ME on MY TOES as well as the other Leaders,, on doing their BeST To also hit the being regular on reporting their time for the week. At the end of thhe 8 weeks,, they will recieive a goodie,, from the leaders (Leader to leader,, we have one reward another,, to another,,, so all are covered,, so far this challenge ALL leaders are "TOP DAWGS" ),, and te points come out of the Leaders points,, for we do from 100 to 300 points for that,, and for SUPER DAWG (those who get the 120 mins for 5 days out of 7 days,,, al thru the 8 weeks) we give them goodies worth 300 to 500 points ! Along as said,, the mention in the email.

Yeah its extra work,,, can take me up to an hr to do,,, i keep a special column on my spreadsheet for this.
