My Goals:
*My long term goal is to lose 60 pounds by May 2013. Things that will help meet my long term goal: *continue tracking food and making healthy food choices (vegetables and fruit and protein) *exercise 5 times per week starting with walking * declutter house room by room * work on time management with better organization with meal planning *get a job for this school year
My Program:
Cook ahead and meal plan and shop smarter. Staying within my ranges on the tracker. Tracking water and fruits and vegetables. Walking 5 nights a week. Like to try JM's 30 day shred and yoga soon.
