Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment on my blog!! It was very reaffirming! Just what I needed to hear :) I am strictly limiting starchy carbs and it seems to be working! My energy levels are rising everday. My only problem is sugar haha but whos isnt?

I've just resurged and am on an upswing. Trying to get down where my tracker is but will take a few weeks. It piled on in less than 2 weeks of sloppy eating. Oh, well. Onward and downward!
