Hi, I'm Christy. I'm 26 and live in VA. I'm not really here to lose weight, but am working on making healthy eating and exercise into a habit. I just ran my first half marathon and am looking to find a new weekly workout routine where I won't get bored. I am highly motivated by beating my own PRs, so my rewards are all based on fitness accomplishments.

Goals:
**Do 50 consecutive pushups (Reward- use my massage gift certificate)
**Run 1 mile in under 7 minutes ...

**Touch my nose to my knee when stretching (Reward- use my other massage gift certificate)

Without stopping...
**Run 1 mile- Accomplished 6.18.12!
**Run 2 miles (Reward- new running shorts): Accomplished 7.3.12!
**Run 3 miles (Reward- new hiking shorts): Accomplished 9.2.12!
**Run 4 miles (Reward- jeans- $3 at the thrift store!): Accomplished 9.8.12!
**Run 5 miles- (Reward- ??)Accomplished 9.30.12!
**Run 6 miles (Reward- Sign up for my 1st 1/2 Marathon- April 14, 2013!)- Accomplished 10.11.12!
**Run a 5k in under 25 minutes (Reward- plan a date night with my husband!)



Current Status:
CLRWILLIAMS25 is sorry she's been MIA. Already worked 40 hours this week and it's not even lunch time yet!

hey, thanks for your comment on my blog! definitely need to get back quick. I read your meal plan and stole a couple things so hopefully that will help! the swimsuit is not new/"this season" lol but I got it at Express, oddly bc I don't shop there that often (I feel like you have to be 6' tall and a size 0 to look good in their clothes). Good luck finding one!

Hey, thanks for the supportive comment on my 1 year sparkversary blog! The kids are a big motivation to stay fit and healthy, it makes a lot more sense to include them in the fitness as much as possible!

The beans are something I've made before. The chicken too but I'd forgotten about how good potato flakes crisp up baked chicken! I look for new recipes all the time since eating gluten free. But this week most everything is out of my handwritten notebook. Recipes only end up there if they are Really Good emoticon ! Those little peppers, I put them in everything!
