I'm hoping to drop enough wieght to get out of the 'obese' catagory at the very least. I can deal with being overweight, but not with being obese- I don't want to die from my own body breaking down. I want to reclaim my health. :)

I am an artist by trade, and you'd be surprised at how little exercise that gives me. :/ It also provides far too much time for me to snack.

My Goals:
I want to lose wieght (at least 50 lbs!) and increase my healthy habits (like going walking or working out on the walking machine). I also need to conquer a serious clutter issue, and find more structured time to work on my art projects.

My Program:
I'm tracking my nutrition, how often I meet my 'ten minutes a day doing...' type goals. I am also tracking some of my hobby time, to balance this out! I have not started an exercise program yet, but that is also slated to happen!

Personal Information:
I am starting from scratch again! I have changed SO MUCH about myself and my daily rituals that I feel much about about many of them! I am working on my clutter issue, on my health, and on staying active in the spiritual side of things! I feel pretty good about the progress I am making!

Other Information:
My current entertainment hobby is watching scary movies- I am especially interested in those of other countries and cultures (but it is hard to find them with english subtitles!) Asian ghost stories seem to be my favourites! I also like to read anthologies of gothic or modern thriller/horror fiction. I read a lot of boring non-fiction history stuff too. :) I also have a love for documenting old buildings and sites with photography, before we lose them entirely.

Realize that when you are eating below your calorie standards, your body assumes that is in starvation mode and STORES EVERYTHING IT CAN AS FAT
Get back on track, brother!
Also, I see clutter as evidence of lack of structure and planning, the same habits that cause us to ignore the obvious: CLUTTER AND WEIGHT GAIN.

Hey I'm a clay person too, I also dream in clay...so do you think there's a connection between clutter and weight? I have the two issues as well and I keep coming across references to their connection. I hope your still around. I really like your picture, it is a good reminder for me as well.
