My Goals:
1. Just feel better being healthier!
2. Lose 30 pounds.
3. Get my blood sugar, cholestorol, blood pressure under control.
4. Be able to rollerblade the 26.2 mile marathon with Brent September 19th.

My Program:
I'm trying to eat smarter (and save $$$ too, a hard combination!), exercise every day, and just in general make smarter choices.

emoticon Glad you are working on quitting smoking, as it is so hard. Don't push yourself to much, and just work on it each day. Once you are in control, then deal with pounds.

Read "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on how to deal with stress. He says it is the reason we regain pounds, and without "smokes" to help you with stress, it is the same reason people turn to food and pack on 40#. Dr. Gould has lots of help.
