With the passage of time, maintenance gets progressively easier, I'm finding. For me, it's been finding a personal routine or system of careful food-intake tracking. Twice a month, I enjoy two big meals - with all the sugar, fat, and starch I could imagine! They're feasts, and I anticipate them with a great deal of pleasure :)
So far, so good...
Accurate tracking is the most powerful tool I use in keeping unwanted pounds from creeping back on. Accountability is key for me; there are no substitutions.
