2015 Year to Tri

Third time lucky (I hope)

This year I am focused on physical achievements and proving how strong I am. (I also hope this will lead to a lean and more toned me)

So with my daughter I have worked out a series of events that I intend to partake in over the 12-months of 2015.

January
1st January - 5k - Cannon Hill Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 00:30:30

February
15th February - 10k - Tempo 10k Winter Road Race, Stratford-upon-Avon - ...

Now I haven't actually paid my entry yet for all of these, so I reserve the right to change an event if I can't enter.

Hey girl how you doing. Have missed you on the team page lately. Things OK?

Have you gotten the new bike broke'n in yet. I hope those pedals do not become a recurring problem.

Any events coming up this weekend?

I am headed out to mow the weeds..they are so tall the pups disappear in them when they go out..not good!!

rainy day today...good day to tune up the treadmill.

maybe try a new Tia Chi video or put the Pilates on..

as long as I get my steps and my miles..anything goes..even just walking from one end of the house to the other. Sure can't ride the bike in this MUD..sigh!
