Living W.O.W for Him

I know I am a daughter of God and temple of the holy spirit which is in me. I want my intention, to treat myself as such, to be a reality. This is the day wherein Jesus is making up His jewels. This is also the day the Lord hath made and I will rejoice and be glad in it.

I think He is making a diamond of me. Some days the pressure is unbelievable. I let it get to me and the way I deal with the mental stress and pain is eat sweets. I will practice abstaining from sweets and increase my desire to keep my eye on Jesus.

You've heard the old adage, "When you see it you will believe it". That is true. But in order to have the blessings of health I must first believe I have it. So the other side of the coin is "When I believe it I will see it". "Act as if and it will be". "Now is the Time"

.People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing--that's why we recommend it daily.
- Zig Ziglar, motivational speaker

"If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down. "~ Mary Pickford

"What this power is, I cannot say. All I know is that it exists...and it becomes available only when you are in that state of mind in which you know exactly what you want...and are fully determined not to quit until you get it."~ Alexander Graham Bell

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, gift, or skill. It will make or break a company...a church...a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes. "~ Charles Swindoll

Achievement seems to be connected with action.
Successful men and women keep moving.
They make mistakes, but they don't quit.
~Conrad Hilton

If I stumble and fall, I will keep getting back up. I will never quit!

My Goals:
My intention is to be free of sugar and junk food addictions. But I know that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Underneath are all the negative thoughts that increase the stress level so that I turn to the junk food for solace in the first place. My main goal is to overcome all negativity through the merits of Jesus Christ and that is really what will set me free to be me.

My Program:
SEVEN "DAYS" OF RECREATION!

1. Pray, as if everything depended on God.
2.Work as though everything depended on me.
3. Keep a journal, on SP, of what I eat.
4. Keep a personal journal of what is eating at me.
5. Rely on the merits of Jesus Christ, to overcome evil with good.
6. Express gratitude, to my Heavenly Father, daily for every blessing and every step of progress.
7. Rest in peace knowing God is in control.

Personal Information:
I live in Manti, a small town in central Utah.

Other Information:
My favorite books are the Scriptures, Non Fiction, Positive Thinking and Self Help books.

“There is a relationship between the eye contacts we make and the perceptions that we create in our heads, a relationship between the sound of another's voice and the emotions that we feel in our hearts, a relationship between our movements in space all around us and the magnetic pulls we can create between others and ourselves. All of these things (and more) make up the magic of every ordinary day and if we are able to live in this magic, to feel and to dwell in it, we will find ourselves living with magic every day.

In all honesty, no day is mundane. Hope you are enjoying the magic of today.

Worry over the future breeds anxiety. Fretting over the past breeds depression. Both can stop our good movement forward and put us in front of the TV with a bad movie and too much of the stuff we don’t need to put into our bodies. That horrid cycle, of course, breeds regret and dread that brings us to more of the same. I believe that is called “insanity”.

Instead work to stay in the present taking the next step needed for living to the full the “now” that is before you, having learned better ways from past experience and pushing forward with hope that right action now will produce a better tomorrow. This is living life with power that produces a good outcome and protects our journey from wasting away.

Plan for the future, yes; but let the first plan be to live your best you in the now you have to possess.
