First of all, thank you for adding me as a friend. I am honored. Second, I agree, we have very similar situations. I have always been an "all or nothing" person and have struggled greatly with discouragement and disappointment because of it. So, this time, I am going to do my best, take is slow and allow myself to slip from time to time without beating myself up over it.

I love your idea of cycling that far. Its been a long time dream of mine to get on my sons super duper fabulous bike and cycle with a back pack of only water and healthy foods and snacks, cycle till I can't anymore, get off, sleep over at a B&B till the next day, have them pack a nutritious meal and snack box and go again. Sigh, maybe I'll actually get the dream done. I dreamed of walking to our local strawberry farm which is +-21kms (cant remember exactly anymore) and I finally did do it.....so who knows. 2788 days ago
