My Goals:
My goals are to get down to 115 and learn a variety of healthier, natural snacks and meals.

-2/3 servings of fruit and vegetables everyday

My Program:
Exercising 5 days per week, alternating between Zumba, Gilad 45/45 aerobic and anaerobic workout, and a 30 min stomach workout.

On break days, to be active 10 minutes straight.

Personal Information:
Residing in the Pacific Ocean.
