Christina's weight loss journey!!

My name is Christina...I currently reside in Irving, TX and I am 32 years old. I am originally from the sunny state of Arizona. I have lived in TX since 2000. I am tired of looking and feeling the way I do and I'm ready to do something about it. One of those is to drop all this weight and feel good about myself again.

You use your imagination each day, even if you think you donít. No matter how big or small your accomplishments today, it all began in your imagination. You can use it as much or as little as you want, but itís the starting point for everything that happens in your life, from what you eat, to what you wear, to what you do. It all begins as pictures in your mind. Be sure to harness the full power of your imagination to dream up bigger and better things for yourself. Itís the part of you that taps into the infiniteness of the universe, so donít neglect it,Have a wonderful day.

Recipe for Christmas All Year Long

Take a heap of child-like wonder
That opens up our eyes
To the unexpected gifts in lifeó
Each day a sweet surprise.

Mix in fond appreciation
For the people whom we know;
Like festive Christmas candles,
Each one has a special glow.

Add some giggles and some laughter,
A dash of Christmas food,
(Amazing how a piece of pie
Improves our attitude!)

Stir it all with human kindness;
Wrap it up in love and peace,
Decorate with optimism, and
Our joy will never cease.

If we use this healthy recipe,
We know we will remember
To be in the Christmas spirit,
Even when it's not December.
Have a wonderful and bless day.
