Hey! The Beck Diet Solution is a GREAT book. I found it for like $6 at ross on sale but Barnes and Noble has it on sale sometimes too.

It's wonderful because it makes you rethink WHY you do what you do and also gives you tips on what to say to your "sabotaging thoughts". Like if you say, I can eat this cookie because I had a stressful day... the book teaches you to say "I may have had a stressful day but eating this cookie will not fix that and I ultimately will feel worse.

Just an example.

Let me know if you get it because I would love an accountability partner! (I think that's assignment #4 or 5)
