My Goals:
1. Focus on solutions instead of problems.
2. Train my brain and believe in myself.
3. Practice mindfulness.
4. Support and encourage other Sparkers!
5. Be consistent.
6. Treat my body with respect.
7. Express my feelings as opposed to eating them.


My Program:
1. Lifestyle, not diet.
2. Healthy food for my body.
3. Use a digital kitchen scale & measuring spoons.
4. Eat within caloric range.
5. 64 ounces plus water daily.
6. Track nutrition.
7. Move my body.

On average, I eat about 1475 calories a day (my current SP range is 1200-1550).

I did not make any lifestyle changes that I was not willing to live with for the rest of my life. I am willing to do walking, stretching and yoga, so I didn't commit to exercising more in order to get additional calories.

Thanks so much for your encouragement and support! I just read your last blog and loved it! Have made a comment, as it really got me to thinking about the why of overeating. Thanks for sharing that as this journey is way more than just the physical part, it is the mental and emotional part that in my experience is what makes one succeed. Or not... emoticon emoticon

issues, rather than use food to cope, which never is a solution and just makes another problem! Been there, so done that!
