I CAN DO THIS

Well, it's that time of year when I have to update my blog. I have been on Spark People for 6 years now. It has helped me with my weight. I regretfully, still have ups and downs, but it is a powerful motivator to get back on track. I really, really need to lose the 10 lbs. that I lost earlier in the year. It just kind of came back to find me. I work full time as a secretary for a school. I also have 5 adopted children which can be a handful at times.

I'm glad you found my comments about dealing with your daughter's behavior helpful. If you need a shoulder to lean on or even just an ear to listen as you deal with her, let me know. Hopefully she will settle down sooner rather than later.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Funny thing. My family was from Pittsburgh, I lived in Baden and Ingram as a kid. Used to visit my grandparents in Squirrel Hill &Hazelwood and my aunt in Penn Hills.
Many of my family are/were teachers!
We have a bit in common.
