I'm back. Yep, I am going to get back into sparkpeople. News I had a baby he's the sweetest and now 18 months old. I am back weight wise but I don't think I am as fit or as motivated. So I am going to get back my daily spark.

I started spark coach before the holidays, feeling that I could use the extra motivation. And I really enjoy it. I find it motivating to complete the little tasks. I have been in "maintenance" on sparkpeople for 2 years and have never gotten back to my heaviest weight but I have been creeping up about 5 pounds recently. So now I am going to do something about that and complete the exercise 10 min every day challenge. Not that I don't exercise, I'm just not the most consistent.

Continue my log in streak! I'm at 20 days now (1/18/13). I am going for perfect attendance this month.


Exercise at least 10 mins everyday this week. *Guess that means I need to start today.

My Program:
Exercise regularly EVERDAY!! It only takes 10 mins a day. Need to make this a habit!!

Recently picked up 2 of coach Nicole's videos on sale at Target. I've got some Firm videos that I've been rotating through for a while. I also have the TurboFire videos. I am always itching to find some new ones.

Personal Information:
Hi, I'm Allie. I got married this summer in beautiful Colorado with plenty of opportunities to go hiking or snow shoeing, depending on the season. I enjoy the outdoors and all the sunshine.

Other Information:
Sparkpeople has gotten me through some stressful and busy times in the past two years including- defending my PhD, teaching my first class, and planning a wedding. Sparkpeople has been a great balance to my life.
