My Goals:
Now that my latest depression cycle is done, I am game on all the way. First order of business is to shed these extra pounds by June 12.
My Program:
My program involves strength/interval training 4 days a week and 50-60 minutes of cardio 3 days per week. My nutrition basically follows Spark. I track food and exercise daily and I journal thoughts and feelings regularly to head off emotional eating.
