I'm Natalie. I live in Georgia. I'm a mom of one (boy), and I use my weight as an excuse not to do a lot of things, from having a good time, to my career. December 2010 Starting weight: 307 (i think, don't really remember) June: Doing no activity, haven't started exercising yet. June 27, 2011 Weight 278 (Don't know how I got down from 307) July: Started exercising and eating healthier. July 7, 2011 Weight 269.6 July 28, 2011 Weight 267 August: Exercising 3x/week, at least 15 - 30mins each time. Burning anywhere from 115 - 148 calories. 54 days (Sept. 30) until my short term goal needs to be met. STG: 254 lbs. My fitness tracker calculates that I should be burning 610 calories/week to meet this goal (203 calories 3x/week). I should now be focusing on calories burned instead of time or distance. (Update: Didn't keep this up, current weight 275: March 2012) March 2012: Starting to exercise again. July 4 2012: Exercise has become a habit now.
