To do more outdoor activities with my family
To see my daughter grow up

To see her grandchildren grow up
To be a good example for my daughter and future children
To be healthy for having more children
To be better at my job
To fulfill God’s will in my life
To avoid health problems
And many more!

-Live in Oregon
-4 year old daughter

Today is the unofficial "take happiness into your own hands" day. It's unofficial because I just made it up! (*grin*) But it seems like a great idea, right? Today, try not to be controlled by others... decide to be happy, decide to be great. Move forward as if all your dreams could come true today with no barriers standing in your way. Smile, laugh, and be amazing...

Hey Rock It Girl, just a couple more days and we're done week one! Hope you've had a fantastic week so far and that you haven't melted into a puddle yet from the heat... If you've had any rain, please send it my way!
I'm sending you a virtual calorie-free & good-for-you frozen treat and a couple glasses of ice water for you to enjoy as you work your challenges. Heaven knows we can use a blast of refreshment these days... maybe we just need to run through the sprinklers again, jump in the lake/pool, or have a good old fashioned water fight like we did when we were kids...
