I just retired and have been a member of a health club for 15 months and do aerobics classes 3 - 6 days per week. I have toned up, but have lost no weight. After I exercise, I get hungry and eat all the calories I burned off. I need some structure with food consumption!

I am working out at the gym 1-2 hours daily with an occasional mile with my dog, Bennie. On nice days I am also working in the yard.

Also, I am faithfully tracking my foods. Watching calories has been a huge motivator.

Just read your comment on "Find the Perfect Workout Shoe for You" article.

I am 61 years old and recently started "jogging" with my dog. It just seems easier to jog than to walk briskly.

My breath is holding out, but my legs and feet are telling me I need better shoes! The bottoms of my feet have gotten "less padded" with age and I need some extra padding!
