Life After Baby...
Hi! My name is Stephanie. I have been on spark people since December of 2009. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Elise Lauren, on Nov 10th, 2012. Now that Elise is a month old and things are calming down at home, I am ready to divert some energy to losing the 60 pounds I gained during my pregnancy.
I enjoy running (especially with my dog, Charlie), cycling and circuit training. I bought a jogging stroller to take Elise with me... we will see how that turns out...

My name is Stephanie. I live in Fair Oaks, CA. I have been married since May 2009 to the most amazing man in the world. We have a newborn daughter and a 3 year old Border Collie. I am an administrative assistant for a local medical provider and my husband owns a classical guitar studio.
Other Information:
I love cooking and baking. I also love eating. I love happy hour in downtown Sac in the summer (hence the weight gain). I like to ride my awesome new road bike and to run with my doggy. We both like to ski and snowboard occasionally.
