I think I'm gonna LOVE that website!! I agree the workouts are diverse and short enough to be able to get it done with time left to go for short run or something!

I think she has a 10-minute daily challenge. I might do that as well!! I know, call me crazy!

You are a little warmer where you are than I am but we still do usually have pretty good weather. We had about 8 or 10 inches of snow the day before New Year's Eve which is extremely unusual, and it still hasn't all melted yet! It was about 20 degrees when I walked my granddaughter to the bus stop this morning but got up to 54 during the day. We had a really cold streak after the snowstorm where we got down to zero degrees. I don't remember that ever happening before! But I am so glad I don't live in the areas where those temps are the norm in the winters.
Thanks for adding me as your friend and I added you as well. I'm just starting out as a runner the past several months and am not very fast but I do love it and look forward to getting better and further with it.
I'm going to do a 5k race in Las Cruces the 23rd of this month and also Cupid's Chase there on the 12th of February.

Stopped by your page after I saw your post on the Runner's team. Are you in El Paso? I saw your teams that you are in the El Paso Team. I'm in Silver City NM about 2 1/2 hours away and have been to El Paso many many times. I don't go there too much now but get to Las Cruces quite a bit. So glad to meet someone else from thise part of the southwest.
I want to thank your husband for his service to our country, and also for your service as the wife of a military person. Families give as much as the actual military person does and I appreciate those in our military and their spouses and families so much!

Love the profile pic (I'm a Trekker) and looking forward to keeping up with your progress. My goal is to reach and maintain the healthy goal weight on the charts, not because I want to be a certain number, but because I BELIEVE I CAN! And have fun along the way emoticon
