My Goals:
My main goal is to be happy, healthy, strong and as alive as I can be.

My Program:
I don't have a specific program. I think about and watch what I eat. I do lots of different things to get my exercise. Running and hiking are the biggies. I also love biking, camping and kayaking. Winter is time for snow shoes and XC skis.

Jun 2015 New PR of 2:19:27

Sep 2014 5k PR = 26:58 (better then I ever thought I could do)

Nov 2011 10k PR = 61:31 (would like to get under 60)
