I HAVE A BIKE ( FINALLY ) SO I CAN RIDE IN THE PARK, if i don't have 2 ride alone!! ( ON NON- W/O DAZ! ) I WEAR A PERDOMETER 2 WORK, & IF I KNOW I'M GOIN SUM WHERE WHERE I KNOW I WILL BE DOIN SUM WALKIN, I WEAR IT! I TRACK ALL MY FITNESS.. BUT AS FOR NUTRITION? I TRACK MY NUTRITION ON MYFITNESSPAL.COM ( SORRY SP; BUT THIS SITE IS WAYYYYY EASIER )SINCE I CECIDED 2 FOCUS ON TRYIN 2 LOSE, I HAVE LOST APRROX 42 BODY INCHES.BUT NO MATTER WHAT I EAT, CANT SEEM 2 GET THE RITE CALORIES, PROTEIN, ETC! I GOT A NEW SWIM SUIT RECENTLY ( ADDICTED 2 SWIM AROBICS ) I WAS WEARIN A 24, I NOW WEAR A 18! I W/O EXSTREMELY HARD EVERY WEEK 2 LOSE WHEN I GET 2 W/O! MY MATE'S DIETBETES IS SO BAD; SUM TYMES; A LOT, WE CANT W/O! & I JUS CANT DO IT ALONE! SO IF I CANT LOSE WEIGHT WORTH A CRAP, THATS OK NOW, I SEE THE INCHES PEELING OFF OF ME; & THAT WORKS FINE 4 ME; I FINALLY AM STARTIN 2 SEE WHAT EVERY 1 ELSE AROUND ME SEES! I AM GETTING SMALLER!!!!!!!!!!!

I love stephen king, action ; csi's, criminal minds, servivor, amazin race etc. I crochet ( when i can ) i went camping 4 the 1st tyme ever 7/30-31!! i luv 2 ride bikes, i hate walking, would rather bike ride, or swim....

I read one of your comments about walking and you said your hubby is type 2. I have been type 2 for 12 years and have been taking insulin for 5 years. Insulin is a great thing, it keeps my blood sugar right at 100 or less consistently. I just have to dose myself several times per day (it doesn't hurt the needles are so tiny). By walking my 10,000 steps per day I have cut my dosage of insulin in 1/2.
