Hi there! I'm Chai ;)

Hi! My name is Ester, but my friends use to call me Chai. I'm from Mexico and I'm studying a Master in Cultural Studies. While I am very happy about it, this has made me gain some pounds. Every day I climb about 140 steps to get to my classroom and this is already becoming quite difficult and tiring. I also like a lot to wear nice clothes and this too has become more complicated. So, both for health and vanity, here I am trying to start a new and better way of life :)

Weightloss goals (& rewards):
SW: 202
GW1: 185 == Perfume
GW2: 170 == Shoes
GW3: 160 == Accesories

UWG: 130 == Tickets to Europe.

My Program:
- I'm going to eat healthy and within the range of 1200-1550 calories per day.
- I'm going to plan and prepare homemade food.
- I'm going to eat only one time a week food from school, preferably fridays.
- I'm going to buy just 1 or 2 vending machine products a week and will share the half with my classmates.
- I'm NOT going eat for despair, anxiety, stress, boredom or to forget, hide or calm my problems, instead I will face these situations.
- I'm going to sleep early (10:00 a.m.) and wake up early (5:30a.m.)
-I'm going to do at least 180 minutes of exercise each week: three days of cardio, 2 strength and 1 or 2 of zumba.
- I'm going to ride my bike at least 30 minutes per week.
- I'm going to weigh myself every week.
- I'm going to appreciate and be grateful for everything beautiful and good that I have inside and around me.
