I'm a working mom who has seen the pounds creep on over the past 15 years. I've tried all kinds of 'fad' diets and can never stick with them. I know they're bad for you and they never work, but I seem to be the biggest sucker and fall for the latest trend. I'm hoping to get out of that pattern and become healthy and fit for good and to do it the right way.

My Program:
Just bought Spark! and plan on reading through that. Once I read through the 28 day plan, I will start that. In the meantime, I'm going to the gym 3-4 times a week and doing a treadmill routine for 45 minutes a day and starting to cut out all of the junk from my diet.
