I have been very successful at exercising almost daily. I do a variety of activities as I bore easily. My goal this year is to start tracking what I eat and to try following a plan like the BootCamp for the entire month. I would also like to run a 5k in May.

My Goals:
-Run a 5k this summer and one in the fall.
-Do some kind of strength training 3 times week.
-Practice Zumba two days a week.

My Program:
-I teach Zumba 3 nights a week.
-Two nights of the week I try to practice new choreography.
-Running/walking workouts 3 times a week.
-Right now only getting one day of strength training. Two if I push hard.
