Hi Cheryl, Don't give up, you can do it. I know you can. You have taken the first step to a better you. I found out that personal trainers are not the way to go either. I have looked at lots of sites to see what areas I would like to work, mostly my belly, I can't blame it on belly fat, my baby is 12, and I find out that a lot of exercises that you do that are not "just abs" work. My point is that I do a lot of research on the web and look a lot to blogs like this one. I gave up on my trainer at Gold's Gym, who was constantly asking what I ate during the day instead of what exercises I needed to do reach my goal. I ended up canceling the whole plan and moved to another gym. I had 3 free sessions with the trainer and he was awesome. A young kid who knew what he was talking about. I have been at my gym now for over a year and everything I learned from this kid has stuck with me. So my advice to you is to keep going don't give up! You can do it ! 2136 days ago
