My Program:
I'm training to walk/jog a 15k and I'm tracking my exercise on SparkPeople using my Fitbit. I've been making exercise an integral part of my day. So far, I've managed to exercise 6 times a week for three full months.

I'm tracking my food using my Wordpress blog and I'm counting my calories using Weight Watchers' Flex Plan.

Personal Information:
I'm 29 years old and I want to turn 30 feeling proud of myself.

Other Information:
I love READING, playing video games, and chatting about movies and TV shows I watch. My favorite genres are fantasy and adventure.

I enjoy jogging, walking, easy yoga and easy hiking. I'm glad I discovered Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. They have been integral to my exercise success because I enjoy them so much.
