Just read your comment on my "Really Really track food" "secret." Yes, it's harder for some of us to stick with a plan than it is for others. The day I wrote that secret I was feeling positive, but that night I blew it wide open.
Instead of grapefruit juice for breakfast, how about just a little cereal or one egg? You say you weren't hungry at 10:30, but I'd guess you were ravenous not too long after. Liquid calories -- and fruit juice is high -- won't hold off hunger for long. Protein satisfies hunger longer. After a life of not eating breakfast, I learned soon enough when I started that it can get me through a good four or five hours easily.
