In 2012, I am focusing on getting healthy and being happy. I am looking forward to making a difference in my life and sharing it with my husband, family and friends. My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and overall improve my health. I would like to continue to lose weight and grow stronger. I am working at our wellness gym at work. Getting my grove on with "Zumba" and new strength and cardio videos. Still working on the stairs and making great strides each week. WooHoo!!
My Program:
My goal is to track more and be accountable. Get more cardio in weekly and dance every chance I get. Definitely have more "happy" moments in my life which only brings better things for me. I have added some video exercising into my routine to get my cardio. I am riding the stationary bike and doing more on the eliptical this month. Every peddle gets me that much closer to my weight loss goals. I will also try to fit in a great motivation walk with my best friend at lunch.
Personal Information:
I'm Chandrea and I live in Angier, NC with my husband, my dog "Chip" and six cats.
Other Information:
I love the arts. My favorite authors are Nora Roberts and Janet Evanovich. I enjoy all types of music but lately country seems to fit the bill.
