2014-Make a positive change

I am tired of being overweight and I am the only person who can change that. I will stay strong to get the results I want to acheive. Positive attitude for a positive change!

My Goals:
I want to lose weight for myself. I want to feel good about how I look and to be able to do more physical things that interest me...and just to have more energy to enjoy life. I need healthy eating and exercise. The time is NOW!

Start reward program: Every time I lose enough weight to change sizes I will allow myself one new outfit, because I should own at least one thing that fits!


My Program:
STOP drinking soda, watch fat intake and stay away from sweets. Cook healthy recipes and eat smaller portions. Eat fish 3 days a week. Fast 1 day a week. Try eating 5-6 small portions each day and eat recommended number of fruits and vegetables. Take multivitamin along with supplements of vitamin D (400 mg) & Folic Acid (400mg) each day.

Like to read
Love to travel.
Love outdoors especially from spring through autumn
