I am at goal and learning maintenance for the first time in my life. I WILL DO IT!
I love my kitties and for years I loved to eat. I have lost and gained back so much weight in my life it isn't funny. I finally had weight loss surgery in the hope that I would not gain back after losing for one last time. This is a huge mental game, all about choices.

Grow closer to the Holy Spirit.
Sell some beads or jewelry so I can give to missions.
Aerobic Exercise 6 days a week plus strength 2 or 3 times a week.
