Food is calling to me, the wrong amounts of the sweet stuff!
I am looking for some motivation and support these days. I was doing so well but have started to slip into some bad habits, eating more of the foods I should limit and allowing myself to make excuses to get out of some of my fitness activities. I do not want to gain back all of my weight, but I need to get back on track.

My Goals:
I would really like to be down to approx. 130. I want to continue to get faster with my running and do some races where i can do some new personal bests.
My Program:
I am eating very healthy, no fatty meats, lots of fruit and veggies, low fat dairy foods and no baked goods, which is a weakness of mine. I am focusing on being active each and every day in some form. I am also making a real effort to look at life with the glass 1/2 full.
Personal Information:
I am Canadian. I live in the Ottawa area. I am single, and dating. I am a positive happy person and am loving life.
Other Information:
Favorite movie---has to be Dirty Dancing. Love to watch a good mystery or detective show on tv. I stay away from those who are arrogant, obnoxious or insensitive. Life is too short.
