I run 6 days a week alternating treadmill workouts and hour runs. I switch up my strength training every 6 weeks to keep from getting bored.
One blessed husband who is very patient with my journey Two children one who moved to Sacramento and is doing great and a 16 year old who is learning to drive . OOH and one fantastic Westie named Calvin Kline. All of these love me unconditionally and I couldn't ask for more.
