I saw your comment on the fruit article and I just wanted to tell you that yes, too much fruit CAN keep you from losing. I was told "Eat all the fruit you want! Yay fruit!" but when I talked to them about how difficult it was for me to lose, they said I was eating too much fruit. If I could tell what is "too much", then I wouldn't need WW, right?
I did not have a near death experience... least not that I know of. I don't remember the accident - I remember pulling off the side of the road to make a u-turn, and then I remember being in the ambulance. I think I was knocked out when my head hit the steering wheel. After that, I was so full of pain killers, I was pretty much out of it.
