    Welcome to coffee junkies. Don't worry about what you used to eat, worry about your lifestyle now. I used to eat whatever I wanted too but I burned up the calories. Now I exercise and watch what I eat. I'm 59 and so as you age you put on weight. Drink plenty of water. If you can do 8 glasses a day if your kidneys allow it. Work up to it. It hydrates, lowers numbers on body system, flushes out fat, and helps with arthritis pain. It does work. Try to exercise at least 30 min. a day for 3 or 4 days a week. Then build up to an hour or two for 5 days a week. Just add 5 min. a week. It adds up. Hope
