I lost all of my pregnancy weight after having Kaeden plus some. I gained 18 pounds back after moving states and starting work again. I have major emotional eating issues that Iíve been trying to resolve. Itís rare that I binge anymore, so thatís definitely a big issue that I feel like Iíve dealt with. I know itís something Iíll always fight.

My goal is to be balanced and healthy. I tend to get obsessive about food and numbers and I want to try to avoid that this time. I'm trying to limit the amount of sugar I eat. It doesn't lend itself well to my emotional eating issues.

My Program:
I'm doing four hours of cardio a week: varies between speed walking/running and interval incline walking. I'm also doing Jackie Warner's One on One Training - two hours a week

My calorie range is 1280-1630. I try to eat mostly real foods and have been trying to limit my sugar intake. I have a small dessert (less than 200 cals) every day. All things in moderation.

Personal Information:
I'm 28. I've been married for 6.5 years. I have two boys: a 5 year old and a 2 year old. They're such sweet boys!

Other Information:
I gained 67 pounds during my first pregnancy, reaching a high of 205 pounds. :( I lost 33 pounds by six weeks postpartum, putting me at 172. I had already gained 13 pounds after getting married and wasn't happy weighing 138 at 5'5" when I found out I was pregnant.

I got up to 185 (started at 145) with my second pregnancy and was down to 158 at 6 weeks PP. My goal is to get down to around 130.

I knew from talking to other girls who have competed that after the show you do feel a bit "rudderless" so I planned in advance to keep working with my coach for another month to transition me to maintenance. Luckily, I also really want to compete again, so I have some improvements to make and then I will be prepping for stage again for April! I find that I really need that specific goal, so I will always give myself something to work towards.

Haha, I'm exaggerating a bit, it's not just chicken and broccoli, but mostly! I will be 4 weeks out on Saturday! So excited!!!

Sorry I never really got around to posting that blog about my food intake. I plugged in a couple of typical days and they range from about 1500-1800 a day. It's probably closer to the lower end now that I'm eating fewer carbs.

Hey girl! The program is structured in progressive weights. So, we're starting various exercises at about 60% max weight, with three sets of 12 reps. If you feel like 10 lbs would be enough for you at 60% you could start there-- they may be too heavy for some exercises, and too light for others. If you're looking to increase your weights set, you could slowly add a new set of DBs to your collection as you need heavier weights in the program! I know a lot of people are working through this challenge from home, and modifying exercises to suit their lives.

You can find the workout plans and lots more information on my team! Check it out!

Hey! Sorry I haven't gotten back to your questions yet of how many cals my day works out to. I plan to go back and enter in a few of my days to get that info, but I haven't done it yet. I will post a blog when I do!
