Since we both are now the heaviest we've ever been, we decided we're TIRED of feeling horrible, not being able to move around well and tired of clothing not fitting! I'm TIRED of the chronic pain I deal with daily, and I know the reason I have pain is due to my weight. Most of my weight is due to SITTING instead of moving... I have been SITTING too much and now it's time to MOVE. We go to the gym 2X a week--working on 3X, but sometimes that's difficult due to my husband's work schedule. I cannot go to gym alone, due to mobility issues.....but I AM THERE, EXERCISING, SWEATING, ~~~TWICE A WEEK~~~ My eating is still pretty good, see below. ************** I eat little meat, preferring LOTS of fruits, veggies and FEW grains. No soda pop. I prefer to drink green tea and water. Yogurt is a favorite snack as are protein shakes which I make at home with whey protein powder. I watch my salt intake, as I have high blood pressure (doctor says mostly due to family history of it). My biggest struggle is finding snacks I can have that aren't full of salt and sugar.

My Program:
Updated June 15th 2012 Main daily obstacle is back/hip pain due to an injury from 2009. Chiropractor doesn't help much, so I'm searching for exercises I can do at home to strengthen my back and eliminate the hip and leg pain I have. Yoga is helping somewhat.
