Saw your comment on the "Always Hungry" book. My wife and I are giving it a try. One positive for us, by staying off of "white" foods. White bread, sugar, white potatoes, and white rice. Supposed to reduce inflammations. Have slept better the last 10 days. Haven't been hungry. 160 days ago
