Determined to Change
Hi My name is Carmelious, I am a looking to change the course of my history. I plan to be almost half my size by my next Birthday August 22nd 2009, I will be Healtier and Sexier with a little less of me to go around :)
Last year when I joined Sparks community, I was all gun ho about my goal that I set for myself. Months later I found out that I have breast cancer (DCIS). This set me back quite a bit but I am here today to say that I want to be a size healthier (Jenny Craig) ...

Last year when I joined Sparks community, I was all gun ho about my goal that I set for myself. Months later I found out that I have breast cancer (DCIS). This set me back quite a bit but I am here today to say that I want to be a size healthier (Jenny Craig) now. I did not make my 2008 goal but I am still in the game to get there but mostly being healthy.

My Goals:
To lose weight and become a healthier person most of all. I will like to travel more and visit different states to start.
My Program:
I mainly cut back or eliminate food that have little or no nutrious value. I read label more to make sure I stay within the recommended guideline. Make sure I get enough water daily. I also try to incorporate a good exercise program.
Personal Information:
I am from Detroit Michigan where the best is yet to come.
Other Information:
I love God and enjoy going to church and getting my praise on.
I love to dance and enjoy Reggae music.
