I am excited that I weigh 30 pounds less than this time last year. But my habits still need much work... still struggling with eating when I'm not hungry, especially in the evening. My Goals:

My Program:
I started on 9/9/10 with using the nutrition tracker consistently. It helps me plan out what I am eating, and what I need to add or subtract from The Plan. I have seen that I sometimes don't eat enough protein, for example, but the fat grams are never a problem! This has helped tremendously. I also exercise regularly, either walking or doing The Firm DVDs.

Other Information:
All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me.

Thanks so much for the comments! It's a pain...literally and figuratively, for sure! I'm waiting for my sister in law to come over. She's a nurse and will check my ankle out. It really hurts today----on my feet more than I should be, unfortunately. I asked for today off and the principal said 2 teachers were already out. Ugh!! But I'll rest this weekend.
