I AM A NEON NINJA!!

Starting 5% challenge in January. My goals are:
1)For exercise - walk daily, exercise bike 3x week-15 minutes, aerobic dance- 2x week- 15 minutes, strength videos- 4x week.
2)Nutrition- Track here on Sparks and watch what and how much I eat, staying in my calorie range. Drink 8 glasses water a day.

Hi,my name is Judy. I live in Vermont and been here all my life. I have three children ages 39, 36, and 30.
Also two granddaughters
17 and 6 and grandson 2.
Also step grandson and step granddaughter.
I would like to be around to see them grow up.

I also want to see my new great grandchild (step granddaughter) due in May., 2014

Just a little help in the reward dept.- I tend to forget them myself! However, when I do remember, it gives me just that extra little push I need! One year around spring I used plants as my weekly goal completion gift to myself one year around Christmas, I used workout DVD as a reward. Anything will work, and it gets exciting to work towards! I used my spark tracker as reward the first time I finally went under 200-now if I could just stay there! All my best in your goal! emoticon

You are ON!!! Let's compete!! I 'll up yours if you up mine...er wait that did not come out right emoticon I figure 360 minutes of cardio a week is the base line but I am also going to do ST. I found that to really help in weight loss.
