I AM A NEON NINJA!! I AM A FIRECRACKER!!
This is for both challenge teams.
My goals are: To lose 5 pounds during Fall challenge.
1)For exercise- get back to my strength videos in morning before work, walk everyday, use bike, elliptical, or treadmill everyday for 15 minutes.
2)Nutrition- Track here on Sparks and watch what and how much I eat, staying in my calorie range. Drink 8 glasses water a day. Eat at least 5 servings freggies daily.

17 and 6 and grandson 2.
Also step grandson and step granddaughter.
I would like to be around to see them grow up.

~~MAKING A DIFFERENCE~~
One day a man was walking along the beach
when he noticed a figure in the distance.
As he got closer, he realized the figure was that of a boy
picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean.
Approaching the boy, he asked "What are you doing ?".
The boy replied "throwing a starfish into the ocean.
The sun is up and the tide is going down. If I don't throw them back, they'll die".
"Son" the man said "don't you realize
there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish?
You can't possibly make a difference?"
After listening politely, the boy bent down,
picked up another starfish and threw it into the surf.
Then, smiling at the man, he said,
"I made a difference for that one".
