I have been on this journey a while now after starting and stopping, starting and stopping. Right now I have started again as of March 31, 2015. I have started a new challenge; my goal it is to lose 24.5 lbs.! This will put me at a weight of 238.5 lbs.

My program is eating healthy and nutritious food plus exercise 5 days a week. Also drink 64 oz. of water each day
