Track your progress: Journaling your progress is a great way to help you stay on track. At least once a week, take time to reflect on your fitness journey. Seeing how far you've come will help push you forward!
Snap a photo: Take a photo of yourself every four weeks. The evidence allows you to see the effects your program is having on your appearance and it will keep you inspired to continue.
Have some friends: We all know the value of having our SP friends there for support and encouragement. They help us stay focused on our program and provide a sense of understanding as we relate to our struggles.
Become a bookworm and fan of fitness: Read and learn as much as possible regarding nutrition and fitness. Then apply these great resource tips and ideas to enhance your program!
