Hi, I am a mom of two, a boy aged 9 and a girl aged 7. I have dieted most of my life since I was around ten or eleven. I can not remember any stage of my life when I was 100% happy with my weight. Now that I am older and hopefully wiser I am concentrating on lifestyle changes instead of dieting. I broke my leg and ankle in Dec 2009. I was at my heaviest then. Now that I am older and hopefully wiser I am concentrating on lifestyle changes instead of dieting. I broke my leg and ankle in Dec 2009. I was at my heaviest then. Somehow that event triggered the motivation I needed to lose weight and in the next year and a half I lost 2 and a half stone. However I needed to lose another stone but it never happened and with putting on a few extra pounds I now need to lose that final stone and a half. I am at least glad that I did not revert back to my previous weight.

My Goals:
I will be fifty in three years time. My aim is to reach it feeling fit and healthy and ready to greet the second half of my life with enthusiasm! My plan had been to have ran a 5k before I was fifty but as I have already done that, I am changing that goal to doing a 10K before I am fifty.
My Program:
Currently doing BLC 21. I have jsut purchased a kettle bell and a DVD which I would like to get into!
